This stand is more than enough to hold a 19inch TV and holds just fine with the screws provided in the package. However, my cabinets are full wood planks at the bottom to support any screw you install. The TV will swivel to the right and left but does not fit below the cabinet to fold it up. i would still recommend this stand for people looking to hang their TV under the cabinet. it definitely clears the countertops.

Works Fine. You have to tighten the screws just right to get it to stay in the "under cabinet" position, but it is fine for what I needed. It was also cheaper than most that I found.

We purchased this mount to put our 19" TV in the kitchen under the cupboards. We are very satisfied with it. It solved the problem of the TV being to high to sit on the counter on its stand.

This mount is good and solid, reasonably priced, and easy to install. One suggestion however, if the material you will be screwing it into is partical board construction, as so many cabinets are these days, you might consider machine screws instead. (10-24 flathead screws thru the bottom of the cabinet, thru the bracket, to 10-24 nuts....they'll fit, and are much more secure than the screws which tore out almost instantly.)
